The Wisconsin Department of Revenue's (DOR) Provide Assessment Data system (PAD) is open. You can now enter 2014 sales information.

2014 PAD Changes

Below is a list of changes to the PAD system for 2014 sales. We presented these changes at the 2013 Assessor Schools.

1. Sale validation screens

Assessors are required to validate all sales. Assessors use this information as part of the sales analysis process. DOR uses it to determine economic changes that become part of the municipality's Equalized Value.
