These quizzes are provided to you as preparation for the following exams:

These sample quizzes are NOT a substitute for exam materials, classroom education and coursework and/or work experience. The questions follow the exam format. All exams are multiple choice. Use these quizzes to familiarize yourself with how each question in a subject discipline are asked and presented. Each of the exams are organized by subject group and the quizzes available follow this format.

• Appraisal - The appraisal quiz covers commonly used assessment appraisal terminology and practices. Appraisal methods and formulas commonly used in the appraisal and assessment industry are shown on this quiz and indicative of the type appraisal skills you should have to successfully complete any of the exams.
  
  
• Public Land Survey - The public land survey quiz covers commonly used public land survey assessment terminology and practices. Land division as it relates to surveying and mapping in the assessment field are sample questions on this quiz. This quiz acquaints the exam taker with required fundamental survey and land division skills. The questions on this quiz and skills to answer to them are basic to the mapping skills you should have to successfully complete the Assessment Technician, Property Appraiser, Assessor 1 and 2 exams.
