Wisconsin Sales and Use Tax Changes Effective October 1, 2009

Effective October 1, 2009, a number of changes are being made to Wisconsin's sales and use tax laws which affect Wisconsin retailers. Many of these changes relate to Wisconsin conforming its laws to the requirements of the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement (SSUTA).
