As a reminder, the Manufactured/Mobile Home Monthly Municipal Permit Fees Only for March Report (Lottery and Gaming Credit) is due
on March 1.  Please use the following information to help you file the report:

• You can access the report directly on our website (PDF). 
• The report is organized in the order of municipal code – 01008 is the code for the first municipality and 71291 is the code for the last municipality.  To easily find your municipality, press Ctrl+F on your keyboard and search for the municipality name.  Once you are on your municipality's page, you can use "Print current page" in your print settings. 
• More information about how the lottery and gaming credit is administered for manufactured and mobile homes is available in our publication (PDF).
• If your municipality does not have the manufactured or mobile home monthly municipal permit fee, please disregard this email.  You are not required to file this report.
