The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) is revising notices and letters sent to customers as part of our plain language initiative. Plain language makes it easier for you to understand our correspondence the first time because it uses common words and guides you to important information quickly. The redesigned notices and letters also include a new layout that is easy to follow.
