Department of Revenue Hayward Office Closing

MADISON – As part of an office consolidation effort announced last year, the Department of Revenue office in Hayward will close September 26, 2008. The office is one of 20 district locations that will be consolidated through 2010.

The last day for walk-in taxpayer assistance at the Hayward location is Monday, September 22 . Revenue staff will continue to service taxpayers through regional offices:
