1. Do I need a PIN number or password to transfer my file?

   No, a PIN number, password or pre-registration is not required.

2. How is the data transmitted over the Internet encrypted or otherwise protected?

   The file is posted via HTTPS to a web server and the data is protected with SSL 128bit encryption. This is the same standard used for Internet financial transactions.

3. Is there any confirmation receipt sent after upload of the Settlement Sheet file?

   You will receive a notice back that the file transferred successfully ("OK Transfer Complete").
