Wisconsin Withholding Tax TeleFile
(File by Phone)

TeleFile allows Wisconsin employers to file and pay their withholding tax deposit reports (Form WT-6) and Employer's Annual Reconciliation of Wisconsin Income Tax Withheld from Wages (Form WT-7) using a touch-tone phone. This application does not require a personal computer. You can enter your tax information in about 10 minutes or less.

Before filing, read the latest Withholding Tax Update. These updates contain information that could affect the filing of your withholding tax reports or returns. To obtain email alerts of new Withholding Tax Updates and other important withholding tax information, sign up for the department's withholding tax electronic mailing list.

For filing your Employer's Annual Reconciliation of Wisconsin Income Tax Withheld from Wages (Form WT-7), complete the Telefile worksheet and payment voucher.

  2. Call TeleFile using a touch-tone phone.

Form WT-6 - If you already received your confirmation number after filing Form WT-6:
