Form W-RA Attachments Data File Transmission
Individuals, and tax practitioners filing on behalf of individuals, required to send Form W-RA and its attachments to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) may now transmit this data in an electronic file over the Internet.

They will not attach to the appropriate account. NOTE: If you do not follow this format, the file will not be attached to the appropriate account. As a result, DOR has no record of the documents. DOR will take no action on the homestead credit claim until the claimant resubmits the Form W-RA and attachments.
